OLIVE IN SALAMOIA
Organic olives in brine are meticulously selected during hand harvesting and ripened in a specially prepared natural brine. They have a delicate, balanced flavor, ideal for preparing appetizers, seafood-based first and second courses, pizzas, and focaccias.
MARINATED OLIVES
Cultivar Raggiola, Leccino, and Frantoio. Hand-harvested and selected, seasoned with whole sea salt, garlic, and wild fennel. They are aged in large barrels for 8-9 months, and every 4/5 days, they are moved for proper maturation.

Through its wide range of typical products, Galiardi expresses all the culture and personality of a unique territory. In the production area, the estate has rich and fertile land consisting of 13 hectares of vineyards, 30 hectares of olive groves, 2 hectares of walnut trees, and 1 hectare of angelica pear.
