The fig jam is prepared in the last days of August when the fruits are at the right degree of ripeness, particularly sweet. We recommend using it with toasted bread, for the preparation of delicious tarts or strudels. It contains 80% fruit, cane sugar, and lemon juice.

Organic olives in brine are meticulously selected during hand harvesting and ripened in a specially prepared natural brine. They have a delicate, balanced flavor, ideal for preparing appetizers, seafood-based first and second courses, pizzas, and focaccias.
MARINATED OLIVES
Cultivar Raggiola, Leccino, and Frantoio. Hand-harvested and selected, seasoned with whole sea salt, garlic, and wild fennel. They are aged in large barrels for 8-9 months, and every 4/5 days, they are moved for proper maturation.
