CONFETTURA DI FINOCCHI
Our fennel jam is crafted with freshly picked fennel, creating a healthy and flavorful treat reminiscent of homemade goodness. The perfect blend of sugar and fennel results in a creamy and delicate texture, cooked using the traditional method without the addition of pectin and preservatives. Each jar contains an extra 97g of plum pulp for every 100g of jam. Enjoy it as a delightful accompaniment to a cheese selection or spread it on slices of toasted bread.
FICHI CONFETTURA EXTRA
The fig jam is prepared in the last days of August when the fruits are at the right degree of ripeness, particularly sweet. We recommend using it with toasted bread, for the preparation of delicious tarts or strudels. It contains 80% fruit, cane sugar, and lemon juice.
PEAR CONFETTURA EXTRA
For this jam, special Marche pears of the “Angelica” variety are used—small pears with a very sweet flavor, typical of Serrungarina. The jam is made with 80% fruit, cane sugar, and lemon juice.
